Within the next five years, we anticipate our headcount will grow to five times its current size. Bringing so many people onboard in such a short amount of time, while ensuring our values and best practices are transmitted, is a real challenge but we are ready for it!
We believe a trusting and respectful relationship can only start by an efficient and transparent recruitment process.
Our recruitments are primarily handled internally but in some specific cases, they may be managed by one of our partners.
As soon as you submit an application, you enter into the recruitment process. No matter if your application is for a specific job or not, you will get an answer within two weeks.
If you are a suitable candidate for the job, you will be invited for an interview, which usually takes place at one of our offices.
During this interview, you will have the opportunity to:
- visit our site and get to know our culture and values
- meet with our HR representative and your prospective manager(s)
And depending on the job, you may have to take some specific written tests, such as technical or language.
The candidates who take part in interviews receive an answer within the following week as well as feedback on the interviews themselves.
Your career at Saltel will always start with a solid and job-customized integration program.
For example, if you are an engineer fresh-out of college who has been recruited for operations, you will spend 3 to 4 months in the R&D department, follow our internal technical school, and then have to complete the appropriate E-learning modules prior to going in the field. These different steps in your integration will be documented and assessed by your manager on a regular basis.
No matter the position an employee is recruited for, his/her values and ethics are as important as his/her technical competencies and interpersonal skills.
We are always looking for either entry-level or mid-career profiles for
- R&D, operations and business
- Manufacturing and Production
- Support functions
We look forward to receiving your application.
