Except for certification audits, Saltel Industries performs its internal audits
We have eight dedicated employees who are trained in internal audit techniques and fully certified as “ISO auditors.” Saltel Industries is also involved in a cross-company internal audit campaign. We also conduct audits to assess our critical sub-contractors. The action plan following each audit is reported and processed in our QUEST (extranet module).
We conduct Quality Management Reviews every year. The top management periodically reviews the organization’s quality management system to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and its alignment with the strategic direction of the organization. The result is a review/report which is available on QUEST. The performance of each process (surveillance of key performance indicators) is monitored every month with a global review of the processes every year.
