Saltel-Industries develops, manufactures and performs operations in the oilfield, using advanced technologies in dangerous environments. Regardless of its size, Saltel-Industries commits to perform a HSE Management System that ensures maximum safety for all employees, customers, contractors and third parties associated with our business.
The HSE Management System is based on the employee's involvement in the continuous improvement in work conditions and best practices use to minimize the risk of incident.

The PDCA cycle management system and the record of all incidents, or potential incidents, by all employees, in the Saltel-Industries Intra-Net permits to follow, record, rank, prioritize, organize, and to treat all HSE identified risks and contributes to minimize these risks.

In a monthly meeting, were all employees are involved, we go through all the incidents or potential incidents, in order to follow-up the corrective actions and evaluate the HSE performance indicators.

In the field, the operation team can use the Saltel-Industries Operation Manuals, Safety Procedure Manuals and Job Planer to determine the adapted job process, evaluate the associated risk, perform a risk analysis and plan possible trouble shouting.
These tools and the strong operation team commitment in HSE ensure the security of people and of the job in our complex business.
