Saltel-Industries is a start-up company created in 2004 by engineers specialized in elastomer composites.We are located in Bruz, near Rennes in Brittany (France). The business is now composed of 26 people including 8 mechanical and material engineers and 15 highly-skilled manufacturing operators.
The mission of the company is to develop and to manufacture high performance and innovative products, made from rubber-based composite materials, used in high stress conditions.
The team experience and ability permit to thoroughly understand the mechanics of rubber matrix composite material. It is therefore able to develop new products and to create right-first-time prototypes and provide its customers high performance products.
The company is highly integrated. All the mechanical parts are machined internally, all the developed and manufactured products are confectioned in our facilities.
The firm is equipped with several Numeric Control work stations, vulcanization autoclaves as well as Numeric Control lathe.
The high level of integration, adaptability, flexibility and total quality management system ensure Saltel-Industries customers to be delivered in time with innovative and high quality products, adapted to their needs.
